Farmington Heating and Plumbing aka Clearwater Heating and Plumbing, absolutely the BEST. Everyone else I called did not seem to want to bother with my air conditioner. Their service coordinators Susan and Debbie are top notch, they take the time to listen to the problem you are experiencing, and are very knowledgeable and able to provide a price range for repair. Everyone else I called just advised a new air conditioner or fee for a diagnostic service call, $75 to $150 only to diagnose not repair. Farmington/Clearwater sent their technician Tom out to repair and he was able to diagnose quickly and get my air conditioner up & running.

This is 5 star spot on service! I had another company trying to rip me off for over 5k yesterday on a plumbing issue and it didn't seem right. I called Farmington Plumbing and they came out next day, I couldn't leave work but they went in my home with my permission, diagnosed and fixed the issue for under $300. No sleazy upcharges or unnecessary selling just good simple service. You have a customer for life now. Thank you
Jake arrived on time. He replaced our outside spigot. He completed the job within one hour. Our price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company and use there service again.
