Even though it's against the law, they refused to give us the dogs preventative written prescription to go to Costco for it. We were told we can't do that,so I asked Costco pharmacy to call or fax the vet. Costco said that's not how that works you need to have the written prescription, I asked Farmington vet again they said we don't write prescriptions unless the pharmacy requests it on your behalf. We went through this cycle 2 more times (1 in person) Finally I called the Farmington vet one more time and said what's going on. The person on the other line must have been new, or didn't know they weren't allowed to say this but she said... read full review
