This was my first time visiting Heartland. I was so impressed by the cleanliness and the friendliness of everyone. They made sure to make me feel at ease and also were so gentle and caring of my pet.
When my vet clinic was unable to get my dog in for a respiratory illness I called Heartland Faribault and they fit him in the same day I called. He received very good care. I was so thankful and impressed
Brought our 15 year old cat in to be seen, as she had been diagnosed with advanced kidney disease and had not been eating for a couple days. She was also stumbling while walking and had foam coming from the corner of her mouth. I had already been prepared for the worst, and the Doctor confirmed that basically her system was shutting down. I could not of found more compassionate, sensitive and caring people to bring our pet to. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done and I had to have our cat Millie put to sleep.
