I was able register before I left home which shortened the wait time. Staff was great. Dr. Thompson spent time going over my test results and did not make me feel rushed. I was very pleased with the care I received.
Allina Faribault clinic is one of the best clinics to go to. They are friendly and professional. Starting with the receptionist they walk you through your visit. They make things so easy. The dr and nurses always listen to you. I like that the dr gives you choices as o what he suggests will work best for you. Always friendly and always smiles. It's like one big happy family and that is priceless especially when you don't feel good. Ty Allina for being so wonderfully staffed with the best crew ever.
Easy to book, great communication, super thorough visit, and they even called next day to check on my daughter and answer any questions if I had any. For me it’s an extra 20 minute drive, I will be back!
