First time visit. Dr. was thorough and really heard my concerns. Follow up, non emergency phone call after visit got an answer back from the Dr within 12 hours. I will be coming back.
I'm pretty new to the area and I was somewhat nervous trying to find a new vet for my pets. I am so happy to say that Willow Pet Hospital has made the transition extremely easy. They are kind and understanding and have taken very good care of my cat and my dog. I have had experiences in the past where "animal" people aren't very good "people" people. This is not the case with Willow; staff and vets are awesome!
