Krystal is always so incredibly kind and you can tell she loves her job! As a first time dog owner she has always put me at ease and been incredibly understanding of our families allergies to scented products and worked with us for the best experience for not only our dog but our entire family! My puppy was naughty! Hiede was very understanding but I need puppy downers next time from my vet. Totally UNDERSTAND! She did a great job considering he was difficult. worth the money.
