Boesch Electric put in our boiler over a year ago - we didn't get a choice on who to use for this as Minnesota Energy's service plus plan already assigned it to Boesch. I went 2 weeks with out heat during the coldest month of 2023 - waiting for them to get the right boiler in.Once the job was finished I called Jeff MULTIPLE TIMES to speak to him about billing and a payment plan and he never returned my calls (so I assumed Minnesota Energy covered the entire bill, I should stop assuming things and should be been better at checking).Forward to 1 year - I receive a bill for almost 3,000...
