Higgins Custom have been true professionals every step of the way. During the building of our new home, the designer took our inspiration photos and she and the team brought them to life for my favorite custom touches in the kitchen, living room and baths. During installation, when some finishes needed attention they responded quickly and reworked things to make it right. And long after our builder abandoned us, they responded to our callback items. They take great care of their clients, do high-quality work, and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

My first impression of Bill McCann was a gentle but firm nature. He heard my story about being taken advantage of by previous contrators and stepped up and really worked with me on my garage slab. His communiication was consistent and I always knew when he would show up and when things would be finishied. No dust settles under this guys feet.
