I hope I never have to buy another house again, but if I do I will definitely be using Steve again for the home inspection! He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and practical with his advice and recommendations. He basically looked over the home on his own for a couple hours and then went over his findings with us for an hour and we were able to ask all the questions we had. Lakeland Home Inspections - Steve Jones conducted a home inspection for us recently and was unbelievably thorough in his review of the home. He was onsite for about five hours checking every detail of the home. His inspection report was very detailed with photos and a detailed description of each deficiency. After completing the physical inspection on his own, he spent at least an hour with us reviewing his findings and advising on how to address.
