Paul Huber and I are life-long friends from Minnetonka High School days. He was our family's only choice to handle our parents services. Losing loved ones is never easy so having someone who cares and has great character was very assuring those two times in our life. Paul (and his staff) did an outstanding job with both my Dad and Mom's funeral/celebration services. From start to finish, Paul was kind, comforting, very available and highly attentive. Over the years, I've attended many services at their chapels. I highly recommend them. Paul is a consummate professional. No one better!
Compassion and care for our family during the difficult time was so appreciated. Chad, Susan and Andy were so kind and helpful it made the process a little less painful. Chad was always available if we needed something, he even came to my house to pick up items and drop off paperwork. Susan was so helpful during the viewing and took care of all the details of that evening. Andy was so caring and compassionate to our family. My granddaughter was concerned that her Great Grandpa would get cold during the night before the funeral service and Susan assured her she would tuck him in and take good care of him. My family held a funeral recently here. The staff went above and beyond for the family involved. The venue is beautifully calm and welcoming. We would highly recommend. We are also British and so the staff helped the family with what they needed throughout the process.
