I would highly recommend DNA Heating and Cooling! Very professional down-to-earth. I have media problems with my furnace today furnace wasn't coming on and being a furnace technician myself just not familiar with my own furnace they help me get it going help me go through all the 20 different questions different scenarios on a Saturday night in which most companies would I charge it turned 50 bucks to come out and look at our furnace and get it running. highly recommend these guys! true customer service at it's best!

When I got home from 85 degree Charlotte last night, I discovered it had snowed here in Minneapoilis. I also discovered that my less than 1 year furnace had stopped working. Frantic, I tried to call the installer. He answered!!! Said he would be over in 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and said he would get a part but probably couldn't till today. He called me 2 hours later told me he had tracked down the part and he would be over in 10 minutes to get it working. 20 minutes later it was heating again. All this after hours. On top of it, he told me he does not get paid for warranty work from the manufacturer. This was amazing service. Anybody reading this that needs any kind of heating or cooling services please call Dana at 612-229-5994 or recommend him to friends....
