“Jeff and his Team (Faith) at Clean N Seal Inc. did another outstanding job cleaning/ resealing our patio and a few stamped sections on our driveway. The work was done fast and efficiently in 2 days – about 1 hour for cleaning and 1.5 hours to seal. We have used Clean N Seal before after another contractor over sealed the patio and it clouded over. Of course we tried to remove it with commercial cleaners but it didn’t work. So someone told us about Clean N Seal and they sand blasted the old layers off and resealed back in 2020. So we’ll always be using them for our patio work.

“We worked with Kurt on what was initially just a backsplash project. The backsplash process was smooth and easy. Loved being able to go and look at tile samples, as well as bring a sample home so we could see how it looked in our house. Once we received our tile, the team had it up and grouted in a day and a half. It looks great!

We also really appreciated Kurt’s flexibility. What was initially an ask for just backsplash turned into a few additional projects. He also helped us install a new faucet in our kitchen and vented our microwave out of the house. Our smoke alarms used to go off every time we used our stove and since having it vented, they haven’t gone off once. Kurt checked in multiple times through the process to make sure everything was going well and to check the work/progress of the team. We will definitely be using Kurt for projects in the future!“

“Schwarz Construction finished our new home in the summer of 2020. Our project involved demolition of our former home and a new build on our existing lot. Kurt Schwarz did an amazing job quarterbacking the demolition, architectural design, framing and finishing. All aspects of the exterior and interior were attended to and we could not be happier with the result. His team went the extra mile for us, even building a custom mailbox to match the house. Kurt, Jack, Jeff and Andre and most of the other subs were on point. We had a lot of custom requirements, some of which the team had not done before. Every design idea was considered and we were able to make good cost/benefit decisions along the way. Frankly, the other 'review' doesn't compute with our experience (all during the height of COVID when lesser builders might have come up with excuses to delay the project). He was fantastic during the estimate process and the end quote was more affordable than the big name outfits had estimated so we decided to work with River City.They performed flawless work, kept the area clean, and were courteous and friendly.The new panel (and code upgrades required) easily passed inspection.
