“Minnetonka Construction did a phenomenal job replacing our home’s siding. We had an office visit for siding selection and a computer rendering, as well as saw prior jobs in our neighborhood. I was so glad we didn’t have to experience a hard sell pitch either. The crew was professional and tidy, though some minor damage to some plants can’t be avoided as we needed scaffolding for our house. Brad was attentive to every single question I had and gave me prompt responses. Due to the James Hardie siding, the pounding was hard and a window was broken. When I reached out, Brad immediately explained how they would replace it and immediately sent out a specialist. When I asked why it was taking longer than I expected, Brad explained that we had special solar treated glass and that it took longer to manufacture. They could have used a cheaper glass and we probably wouldn’t have noticed. When I thanked Brad for honoring the match of the glass, he said they prided themselves on doing the right thing. I could not be more impressed with how they handled it. There were other minor items that came up along the way, as is the case with any job, and Brad handled them all, immediately. I love my new James Hardie siding and the curve appeal it gives my home. So glad we worked with Minnetonka Construction and the quality of their work and how they handle what typically comes up with such a big job. Thank you Brad, you were awesome!“

“We worked with Kurt on what was initially just a backsplash project. The backsplash process was smooth and easy. Loved being able to go and look at tile samples, as well as bring a sample home so we could see how it looked in our house. Once we received our tile, the team had it up and grouted in a day and a half. It looks great!

We also really appreciated Kurt’s flexibility. What was initially an ask for just backsplash turned into a few additional projects. He also helped us install a new faucet in our kitchen and vented our microwave out of the house. Our smoke alarms used to go off every time we used our stove and since having it vented, they haven’t gone off once. Kurt checked in multiple times through the process to make sure everything was going well and to check the work/progress of the team. We will definitely be using Kurt for projects in the future!“

The landscapers essentially turned her yard into a swamp and Mitch and his crew fixed it up nicely, just got back from helping her garden in what used to be a landscaping company induced swamp nightmare!

“Had Justin from River city out to quote a panel upgrade to go from 100a to 200a. He was fantastic during the estimate process and the end quote was more affordable than the big name outfits had estimated so we decided to work with River City.They performed flawless work, kept the area clean, and were courteous and friendly.The new panel (and code upgrades required) easily passed inspection. Overall A+ experience, and will enthusiastically recommend them to friends and neighbors looking for similar work. “I had a leak in pipe in an outside wall going to the outside faucet. I called My Plumber (although the invoice came from Monkey Wrench Plumbing) and they got me in working with my schedule. Joe came out and listened to what happened, figured out why the pipe leaked and fixed it explaining to me what happened and how to avoid the problem in the future. Even fixed the leak on outside faucet patiently explaining to me why it leaked and how he fixed both issues. All for a very reasonable price. I will definitely hire him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.“
