***Edited 1/10/21 - I've retracted my previous negative review, due to the fact that I finally got my furnace serviced by Arrowhead, and it is now running fine. The problem was with my former home warranty company (American Home Shield), and not ONE contactor wanted to work with them due to not being paid or not being paid enough or on time. After being given "outside authorization" to find our own contractor, we called 5 different companies in the area, and they all said "no". Pete from Arrowhead came last week and fixed the furnace and educated me about furnace filters and was friendly and professional. He came out late at night in the middle of a cold snap (we live out in the middle of nowhere) to see why our furnace died when another company couldn't be out for a week. Has a great crew that know their stuff and are very professional. Easy to get ahold of. Sticking with them from now on. Super happy with them! Thank you!
