After several years, it was clear our new construction gutters & downspouts were inadequate. We also had a snow accumulation issue on the north facing portion of a complex roof.
First Lake Country cleared the snow and installed a melt cord (heat tape). Then we planned the replacement of the initial 4” gutter system with a 6” system, improving rainwater shedding from upper to lower roofs and gutters.
Next, our property’s loaded with mature trees so roof cleaning annually was a question we posed to our Lake Country installers and fortunately, it’s a service offering and we immediately signed up!
