He and his team are very professional, detailed and took a lot of care and ownership in the build - as if they were building the deck for their own home. “My wife and I could not have been more happy with the work that Mike and his crew did on our home. The project was very well coordinated. Mike was always quick to respond and react to questions and concerns both during and after the job was completed. In addition, if we had different ideas or changes along the way he was very open to them and had a "we can make that work" mentality rather than "you are crazy and that is going to cost a fortune." I attached a few photos of our kitchen and living room, but he also remodeled our master bedroom, closet, bathroom and garage entry. After every days work, they did a great job cleaning up and keeping the project organized. We received other quotes and The Construction Coordinators was very reasonable considering the quality and service that they provided. We will definitely hire them for the next project. “My wife and I decided to remodel a ground floor bathroom so it would be age appropriate if we would ever have trouble going up stairs. We’ve never remodeled a bathroom before so we asked some of our friends and neighbors for recommendations. Much to our surprise, three of them recommended the same company, College City Design, Build and Remodel. We called them and Dale, one of the owners came out. He didn’t seem like a salesman. He wasn’t trying to get us to make a decision and sign a contract. Rather, it was quite the opposite. He asked questions, took a lot of notes and asked if we would like to have Rebecca, their Lead Design Consultant stop by and help us with some design ideas. She really had some great ones. Then she scheduled selection meetings for everything we were replacing and she was terrific.We met with other remodeling companies but they didn’t seem nearly as professional or as trustworthy. College City wasn’t the cheapest but we were more concerned with our new bathroom being functional for our needs and the quality of workmanship rather than entrusting our home to a company that we didn’t feel as comfortable working with or one that might not do things quite right just to give us a lower bid.We are delighted with our decision to select College City for a variety of reasons. Dale, the owner, kept each and every promise that he made. At first, my wife was concerned about dust but they did a great job of covering the floor leading to the bathroom and installed a floor to ceiling plastic cover around the work area. When they were done, they cleaned everything around the work area and it was spotless. Buzz, the Project Manager was better than we could have ever imagined and he’s really a good guy. If we had a question or concern, he was immediately responsive. Every facet of the job was done to our complete satisfaction and we will definitely use them again if we have another remodeling project.“

“Glacier was such a breath of fresh air after working with some no so good contractors. Chad was amazing. He was professional, honest, showed up when he said he would and no surprises on the roof or siding job they did. Charlie was great too, he came out to ensure everything was good. Some things that stood out: they did awesome job with clean up, the crews were so nice and considerate about us living here though the work, Charlie and Chad went the extra mile in working with insurance when I would have given up, they told me what to do with insurance as it was foreign to me, the workmanship and speed was incredible. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fair, professional and great quality roof and or siding.“

“I just had my bathroom remodel done. Erick and his helper Richard did an amazing job!! They went above and beyond what I ever expected. They repainted the walls, put tile behind my toilet because there was trim there that the previous owners put in that was too short, put a rubber stopper on the wall so the tub door didn't wreck my walls.
