“I just had my bathroom remodel done. Erick and his helper Richard did an amazing job!! They went above and beyond what I ever expected. They repainted the walls, put tile behind my toilet because there was trim there that the previous owners put in that was too short, put a rubber stopper on the wall so the tub door didn't wreck my walls. “I worked with Jeremy and David at College City Design-Build and I would give them TEN STARS if I could. We had awful experiences with other contractors and the city permit office for MONTHS, but Jeremy's team came in and saved the day. They were a delight to work with, communicating clearly and frequently. The project was largely on-time and on-budget. The quality of the work was A+ as well.

The project was a full basement remodel -
* coordinating with a concrete company to pour a new floor
* full bathroom remodel (moved a little from its previous location)
* replacing the ugly tile-like ceiling panels
* new carpet
* adding an egress window and new bedroom
