Bought my home in Elk River with a LuxAire LX series high efficiency furnace and A/C forced air system that was installed by Phil's 2 years earlier (2010). Ten years later I had to replace the A/C capacitor which is very typical. I had Aquarius do an A/C tune up and the Freon was low about 2 Lbs. Not sure if hardware is leaking or the lines connections. I was told the "A" coil in the furnace was re-used, probably the previous owners decision, and needs to be replaced since it's dripping water on the furnace heating coils from the pan above. I called Phil re nonfunctioning faucet in basement bathroom. He said he no longer did plumbing but recalled the work he did in that bathroom over 35 years ago. He asked what problem l was having. He said it was probably a clogged filter. He asked me to email a photo of faucet and then called me back to explain how to get old filter off and how to replace. He even called back to see if l had good water flow after removing clogged filter. He went above and beyond. Fabulous help. Many thanks again.Service: Faucet repair
