I have been going for years and enjoyed the staff and the great work they have done. They referred me to a more expensive specialty clinic and when I refuse to have the work done they gave me two choices: either have the work done anyway or find a new dentist for my regular care. I was very disappointed to learn this.
I totally forgot my Tuesday appointment and didn't realize it until Friday morning. I called and apologized and was expecting a couple month waiting time. They had a noon cancelation and got me in that same day.They have been great.
My son was seen at your dental office, and was given a referral to pediatric dentistry. The referred location could not get him in for months on an urgent matter. Instead of helping me with a new referral I was told to find my own dentist for him and let them know to where to send the info. I was disappointed that there is not better coordination of care so that patients are better served. I am frustrated because it delays urgent care of dental problems further leading to dental emergencies.
