Some patients have expressed concerns about the clinic's ability to deliver on its promises regarding wait times and services, citing staffing issues and the departure of some healthcare providers. However, other patients have had positive experiences with the clinic's staff and doctors. One patient in particular had a recent visit to the clinic for a sinus infection and bronchitis. They praised the doctor, Dr. Jacob Reichert, for being patient, thorough, and confident in explaining the treatment plan. The patient also appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the front desk staff, nurses, and lab and x-ray technicians. They have been coming to the clinic for 16 years and highly recommend it to others. Another patient has been going to the clinic since they were a child and continues to receive care there as an adult. They have always found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable, whether they are there for a scheduled appointment or have questions unrelated to their visit. Overall, the patient has had positive experiences at the clinic and trusts the care they receive.
I had some issues with my appointment/mychart, but the staff there went above and beyond for me to make what they could happen given the circumstances, and they absolutely did not have to. Their service completely nullified the "bumps in the road" we had for me from my perspective.
My doctor also went above and beyond! He was completely realistic with me, answered any and all of my questions and also seemed to be a very relatable guy.
Not once during my visit did I feel that he or any of the staff weren't taking my experiences seriously and that's awesome.
Dear Fairview - please quit over promising services and wait time. Your docs and supporting staff are stretched to max. Many are leaving. Better to be honest about services so people can plan around things… patients need to work to.Stop the Stanford merger and work on what you got. We get it, you are under staffed so stop the “promises” if they are simply not realistic.
I have been fighting a sinus infection for 6 weeks now, this is my second time coming in since I now have bronchitis to go with it. I called this morning to get an appointment,the lady on the phone was so courteous and had the sweetest voice she got me in a few hours with Dr.Jacob Reichert whom was amazing he was so patient and thorough took time to go over all medications he was very confident when explaining everything to me.I love everything about this clinic from the front desk person Diana celebrating her 20 years there.All the nurses, lab and xray over the 16 years I have been coming here you get to know them.
