I can't say enough good things about Rick. We have an oil furnace and it has been difficult in the past to find competent technicians to work on it. We've even had a few who caused more problems with it. Fortunately for us, we found Rick, who has been a Godsend. Rick came highly recommended by a coworker of mine. I called him up when my furnace stopped blowing and he came out the next day, first thing in the morning. He came in for a quick look at the motor, and found that a capacitor was cracked/broken and that the motor would need to be replaced.He said he would call around to try to find the motor, and come back after his next service call. He found the new motor somewhere locally, though, and picked it up and let me know he would be back much sooner than expected. He removed the entire blower and replaced it within 15 minutes.
