We just finished our STMA EyeWest Vision Clinic expansion with Heritage Construction Companies. I have pretty high standards of customer service and from my first call with Tim to the last walk through, their service was outstanding. They promptly returned phone calls, texts and emails and were proactive about potential issues and changes in plans. Their subcontractors were professional, ahead of schedule and the final product is amazing. A big shout out to Nick and his assistant, Luke, for their excellent communication, coordination of their team, attention to detail and responsiveness to our questions. We are so grateful we chose them for our project!
We have used Heritage for a few builds over the years. As anyone in construction knows, not everything goes as planned, but Heritage always made sure to keep us informed when something was off and did a great job getting the job done well. Would absolutely use them again.
We worked with Heritage Construction Companies on an urgent care clinic buildout project. Tim and his team were great to work with. They were responsive. They listened to our concerns and suggestions as they arose. They coordinated well with the architect and the landlord to problem solve. Following the completion of the project, Heritage was still available to address any concerns. We highly recommend Tim, Brent, and the rest of the Heritage team.
