I love this studio! The instructors are great at tailoring each class to a theme/idea, providing individual instruction, and teaching more than just poses, like different breathing techniques and meditation. They have helped me accommodate poses during my pregnancy and really helped me grow in my practice. The sound baths are great too!

Azitlala in Elk River is an incredible yoga studio with a great aura. It’s clean, neat and very welcoming. The instructors are kind and calming. I feel energized and peaceful at the same time in each class. I look forward to every class I sign up for!

I love the instructors and the classes! Each teach in their own unique way. I have learned through my practice at Azitala to be okay with my body, meet it where it is at, live in the present and to slow my mind down.
