“Where do I begin? Absolutely the most amazing people the Spa suites people are really at the top of their game and masters of their craft. You don’t have to have a membership to use the spa! Great customer service all around the front desk people you can get great classes with heart and soul my first fitness class here they help me set up my station if you will recommending me to start off with 2 pound weights, which I did 3 pound and I came back for more, there’s so much value here. I feel like people think it’s really expensive and they have a really reasonable price for the membership, and you can double up on your sneakers.“

“Two times in the past fifteen years I have suffered chronic sports injuries.First from Plantar fasciitis in both feet while playing tennis. And then in the last three years I developed tennis elbow that shut me down from playing tennis for two years.On round one with the Plantar fasciitis I consulted with Dr. John Odom. Before this I had seen several other practitioners to resolve the issue. None were successful. We did a combination of shots and graston physical therapy. John Edwards the Physical therapist at the time did an unbelievable job. Within six months I was back playing tennis. The stretches and techniques were invaluable and I still use them today. I could never gotten back on the courts without this care from Dr. Odom.Fast forward 12 years. I had developed a really bad case of tennis elbow. I had tried two cortisone shots and one platelet injection. The elbow did not respond. Then the light bulb went off.I called Dr. Odom's office and made an appointment with him. He reviewed all of my notes from the previous two years. He found that the first platelet injection had not been done correctly.We then redid that therapy and from there Dr. Andrew Moran took over my physical therapy. Dr. Moran is in a league of his own with his therapy. And he had a great assist from Ian Manske with the PT. Within five months they had me back playing tennis and provided me with an exercise regimen to keep the elbow healthy. And I still visit for maintenance to ensure strong health in the future.I know this review is long. But Dr. John Odom is nothing short of a miracle worker. Twice he hit home-runs with my injuries. Providing a way back to a sport I love. Odom and Health and Wellness is the best Sports medicine facility in Minnesota. And Dr. John Odom is the best in his business. And a great human being.“

“I've been working with Katrina for a couple of months. She is kind, caring, and compassionate. She gently pushes me to complete my "homework" but never makes me feel bad or shameful when it doesn't happen. Katrina has a wide variety of experience in the PT world and with complementary modalities like Pilates, which makes her SO knowledgeable and well-rounded when treating her patients. She has been able to meet me where I'm at, and develop an individualized plan to get me functional again. I have been able to see improvement I didn't see with previous PTs. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of pelvic floor PT.

I also recently started to see Julie as well. Julie is wonderful to work with and working with her has been helpful to keep me on track with movement each week. She is a stickler (in the best way!) for moving and breathing correctly through each movement, which is exactly what I need! I would highly recommend working with Julie as well!“
