I had LasikPlus in South Florida in 2015. I was very happy to have troublefree vision for years over time my near vision hasn’t been quite up to par, so I used cheaters occasionally to get by. When I’d had enough and decided to reach out to LasikPlus about an enhancement, I had to pay to get an eye exam and get a form completed and sent to LasikPlus. It took 8 weeks for my information to be reviewed before being sent to an enhancement team and I was told they needed 8 weeks to review. I guess I had the opposite experience trying to deal with them then everyone else. Not one step of thee process was professional or how'd you think they treat you as a patient.
I have worn glasses and contacts since I was 10 years old. Within the last few months, I decided that I wanted to get Lasik. I wish I would have done it sooner, especially after the amazing experience I had at LasikPlus! From start to finish, the staff were incredibly welcoming and very helpful. I asked the doctor, who initially checked my eyes, a lot of questions and concerns I had about getting the procedure done. She reassured me that what I was asking was a normal part of the process. As for the day of the procedure, I was really nervous but excited. The doctor who did the procedure and the rest of the staff were very nice.
