I have no idea what these reviews are barking on about. I've been here 2 different times, have had 2 different people, and it's flawless everytime. Plus I'm very particular about my brows. These girls are super quick and amazing at what they do!

I feel mixed about this place. I love the threading but witnessed an unfortunate interaction while I was there. When it is busy, there seems to be an inconsistent or unclear approach to how to keep track of the order of people in line. Do customers have to be present the whole time to be considered in line or not? Please publicize this through a sign or consistent messages from staff. A customer appeared to be told one thing by one staff member and something different by another. She was really unhappy (probably won't come back) and there was no empathy for her situation. Maybe have people write their names on a list too.

I'm typically happy with the results and come here often. However, every time I come on the weekend, there is only 1 person working and a line of people waiting. Get 2 people to work on the weekends! Until then, I'm going to start looking for another place.
