Neurofeedback has changed my life. I have been in talk therapy since I was 15 and while it helps with my anxiety, I wanted something that would actually give me results, change that I could see and feel. My sleep is so much better now. I get a full 8 hours, I don’t toss and turn, I remembered my dreams, and I feel so rested now. I used to have anxiety over trying to get to sleep and would have to take medication just to knock me out which only served to make me feel groggy in the morning. Now, sleep is one of my favorite things. Plus my anxiety and panic attacks have gone away. I had an acupuncture Groupon here for 3 sessions. No one seemed to know what was going on the first time I arrived but I ended up getting a great treatment from a nice woman who was working her first day there. Genuinely a very lovely service and I wish I knew her name because I would go back to her specifically.The second time I went was just as unorganized in the waiting room, and the male acupuncturist I was treated by wouldn’t shut up about different “energies” and chi, which I’m sure interested him but I was not there to hear about it, I just wanted the treatment.
