Great experience. Had 4 other heating specialists out to fix a problem that had been going on for 3 weeks and Zac at Tiger figured it out in 30 minutes. He was personable and respectful of our home. Im really handy and he understood that without forcing other services. Told me what to look out for and kept it simple. I will hire them next time I need something.
Sergii did a great job on a difficult late evening emergency repair. He worked efficiently, nonstop for 3+ hours, kept me informed, figured out the problem, fixed it, and left two bathroom work sites as clean as he found them.
Five stars isn't enough for Tiger Plumbing Heating and Air! These guys swooped in like HVAC superheroes just as things were getting a little too 'toasty' in my condo. They installed both my HVAC and water heater faster than I could say 'air conditioning.' Shout out to Michael and Will, who worked like a well-oiled machine—quick, responsible, and professional (even when I tried to offer them iced tea at least five times). I seriously think they should add 'Life Saver' to their job titles. From start to finish, it was a smooth, cool experience. Highly recommend these guys!
