I hated weight lifting, but know it’s value to your health and wellness. I love the fast, highly efficient, data and science based Excercise Coach program. I am amazed at how rapidly you can gain strength, definition, muscle and lose weight! All the trainers have been great!
The Exercise Coach is amazing. The facilities are spotless, state of the art equipment and the trainers are well trained and great cheerleaders. Amazed that a 20 minute workout gives great benefits. I highly recommend you give them a try.
20 minutes out of every other day what could be easier to build muscle, help your bones? Tried the free sessions and was hooked. The staff is the best. Two free sessions, what have you got to lose?
