While I think improvements can be made with the "contact us" features via web or phone for the company, I can only commend the outcome. Zac scheduled an appointment, visited, and walked me through options. Quotes were provided. Decision made. Scheduled the work. Work completed. Could not be happier with the total house fascia wrap. Hired Professional Wildlife Services to get rid of squirrels in the attic. He identified 9 entry points that were exposed when the roof shingles were replaced (used to be Cedar). They set traps for about a week and then repaired the openings. They had excellent service, explained the process clearly, took the time to answer questions. Due to weather work was re-scheduled multiple times but the quality of work was excellent and we haven't had any squirrels in the attic since then.
I’ve used Professional Wildlife Services twice now and would recommend them over and over again! Originally, we had a pesky squirrel in our attic which they trapped and sealed the spot where it got in. The following year, we decided to wrap the exterior fascia of our home with steel to avoid any future squirrel infiltration elsewhere and we had Professional Wildlife Services handle the project. It was done quickly and looked great! They came everyday, multiple days in a row and worked late to finish quickly. We’re so relieved it’s done and happy that Professional Wildlife Services did the project!
