I love going to Dr. Brent at Prairie Spine and Erica at Health Shift. They have changed my life for the better. Making my body work and feel like it’s supposed to. I was in an accident recently and need Physical Therapy. I never had PT before so I didn’t know what to expect but Erica has been an amazing physical therapist and has taught me a lot. Even after one session my pain was better. Definitely recommend both Dr. Brent and Erica. Another perk is that they have a massage therapist available as well. Linda has given me some of the best massages I’ve ever received. This place is a one stop shop for making your body feel at its best.

Great experience with the staff. I was a mess with back surgery and two hip replacements. Dr. Kvam has relieved most of my pain. The addition of Health Shift Physical Therapy with Dr. Friebel has gotten me on a path to a better life after retirement. The chiropractic and physical therapy combination approach has done wonders for me personally. Thanks Doctors Kvum and Friebel.
