PetsHotel Eden Prairie has been a good option for dog owners looking for a safe and cool place to leave their pets for a few hours or longer, with excellent staff according to some reviewers (2019-2022). However, there have been instances of misplaced items, such as a car carrier and its pad, which have caused disappointment for others. Additionally, some have experienced long wait times on the phone due to apparent staffing shortages.
The staff is Amazing!!! My fur baby spends many days at camp and some overnights she loves it and loves her friends and the staff!!! Thank you for all you do!!!!
My dog Jax had been going to Doggie Day Camp since June when I started working from home. He absolutely loves this place! He has a regular spot on Wednesday's. He plays so hard he is asleep for the car ride home, eats dinner then turns to jello in his bed. He's out for the count! Everyone here is so nice and obviously loves dogs!
I bring my dog for Doggie Day Camp during the weekdays while I’m at work! The staff there are super nice and very responsible on everything I ask and every little detail about my dog. Also I love the fact that someone is there 24/7 which is rare at most places, and how they post pictures of the dogs on FB. They have really helped me out a lot and my puppy seems to make a lot of new friends. Without them and this service idk if I could leave my puppy while I’m at work for almost 9hrs a day. �
