Dr Cepek and her assistant was wonderful. However, the front desk needs more training. I had a bridge performed and signed a paper that said if you pay by check or cash and over 60, you get a 10% discount. The front desk said I only get a 5%, finally the other person at the front desk said , I was right. Then the assistant couldn’t figure out correctly what I actually owed. I had to figure it out and the other assistant agreed. I was never told by the front desk they were sorry for the confusion. I called later and asked to speak to the manager, I still haven’t received a call back.
Called for an appointment for my 11-year-old today for a wiggly tooth. We thought it was an adult tooth. They got us in same day. It turns out it was a baby tooth. Really appreciate the friendly staff. They were very approachable and explained things to us in a way that made sense. My child has dental anxiety and is actually looking forward to their next cleaning appointment. Thank you so much
My time at park dental was so special because of my dental hygienist Phana. I’ve been going to park dental my whole life and I’ve never been educated and so taken care of like Phana. He truly cared about my well being as he asked in depth questions about my dental practices and gave new practices to implement. I learned how to floss the correct way (I never really knew), I learned why it is important to have routine check ups and the reasons why we are meant to floss, brush and get expertise to look at my teeth.
I feel like I got a PHD in dental hygiene after spending my time with Phams.
