We had a great experience with MN Duct Pros! Taylor quickly came to our rescue after we had a different vent cleaning company at our home that damaged our dryer vent during their cleaning process. Taylor was able to make it out to our home that exact same day to check out the damage for us and help us make a plan for next steps. He was honest and very knowledgeable. Taylor took the time to type up an extremely extensive and detailed email explaining our situation, his findings with his inspection along with photos, future suggestions for our next steps and a few fair quotes for the various options we had for the repairs. He helped us get our vent back to the way it was prior to the damage done by the other company, gave suggestions, was timely and had great communication. Would definitely recommend using Taylor and Nate for dryer vent cleaning. Our neighborhood has ongoing FB threads about vent cleaners who have shown up and refused to get up on the roof to access dryer vents - it’s a newer neighborhood with 2nd story laundry rooms - so the vents are very high. Nate and Taylor didn’t hesitate to climb up there and clear it out. They were above and beyond with communication - using email and text to give arrival updates - meaning I didn’t have to sit around for the dreaded 4 hour window, typical of service people. They did a great job and I thought the pricing was reasonable. I like that they own and operate the business- it means they are completely invested in getting the job done right. I will 100% use them again.
Taylor and Nate are true professionals in the duct cleaning industry. There are so many scammers out there that it’s hard to trust a company to come out and clean your duct work knowing that you very well can’t see what’s in there. They take before and after photos showing you what they found, they give recommendations on ventilation throughout the whole house and they found things in our vents that we never thought we would find. If you’re looking for a high quality job and great value… these are your guys!
