Heather is amazing! I always walk out feeling much better than when I walked in. She listens intently, takes care of my trouble spots and always has recommendations for stretches and exercises to utilize.
As an aging athlete, Heather has helped me continue to be my best. Her work in on equal footing with my time in the gym for me to maintain strength, endurance and flexibility. As an extra bonus, she always has a helpful suggestion for how to get ahead of the any muscle soreness/tightness spots before they become an issue.
I have had the pleasure of consistently getting fabulous massages from Heather for the past several years. She is incredibly knowledgeable and that knowledge comes through with her very excellent massages. I highly recommend her.
