We took our senior shih tzus here for many years. Dr Heinrich and team are AMAZING! They went above and beyond with our little Payton who had many complex conditions (some outside of Dermatology). The compassion this team showed for every visit and in between visits makes me so grateful to have come across this clinic. We get more quality time with our Payton because of this outstanding care and the collaboration with the rest of his care team. THANK YOU!!!

We visited this clinic because they offer laser dermatology services. I expected a big bill, assuming that the vets would tend to recommend laser services just because they can. Instead, the doc thoroughly examined Stella and recommended a course of oral and topical antibiotics that are already improving her condition. I especially respect that the vet dropped to the floor to greet our dog instead of lifting her to “human” level. I would recommend Dr. Geishly Ann Cruz Matos to anyone looking for compassionate care!

Thank you for taking such good care of Kara on Thursday. I feel like we are on a good path to getting whatever is causing her issues to clear up. Everyone there is super kind to all of the pets! She just loved Glenn and Dr. Heinrich . . . it might have been the peanut butter. :-) thank you again!
