I have been to a few of these management properties and to be honest the people that run these places are awesome, kind, friendly and very welcoming. One thing I really appreciate about these managers that manage each property is that they are on top of issues that happen in these homes. I’ve had the privilege to work on some drains in these homes and to be honest they are very nice and very clean looking. I would definitely recommend marathon management properties to anyone looking for a place to rent!!! Great people, very friendly tenants and good group of people running the place. GREAT JOB!!

Marathon Management does a great job keeping the property well maintained. It's nice to have an app to pay rent, request maintenance, etc. I am enjoying living at one of their properties.

The team at the office is absolutely AMAZING! They respond before my messages are even sent. They are polite, knowledgeable, professional, and actually fun to chat with. I'm not a huge people person and generally avoid phone calls and even answering my door when someone knocks, but Marathon Management makes everything easy and worry free. Even if you're not looking to move, give them a call just to see for yourself how incredibly amazing these people are! I'd ask for Ashley! Where I'm from we call her "Dr. Above and Beyond". No lie!
