We were very happy with the work Mark and Mary did on our kitchen. We live in 1929 Minneapolis home and have a pretty small kitchen space. They did a great job helping us maximize the space we have, and went above-and-beyond to handle the weird quirks you're going to find when you start remodeling an old house like this.Service: Remodeling

Mary Mackmiller, a gifted interior designer and co-owner of mackmiller design+build, is a color expert. My parents had hired the firm for three major home projects and were very happy with the results. I hired Mary because our home was monochromatic and thought color would provide a fresh, new look. I needed assistance with exterior paint and trim selections as well as shingle color selection to blend with our stone. I also needed assistance with interior paint selections in the bedrooms, bathrooms, dining room, and office. Drawing inspiration from the furniture, artwork and accessories, she selected timeless not trendy colors that I love. Now there is cohesive feel that was missing before as one space now visually flows into another. Highly recommended and well worth her fees!

Remodeling our bathroom was something we had planned for many years, but we were waiting for the right time and the right contractor. Fortunately for us, the two coincided in February of 2019. We engaged Mackmiller Design + Build and they began the project in late February. We needed to have the project completed by May, so it was necessary for them to work through our planned 3 week vacation in March. It worked wonderfully!
