I re-ordered the 1 key again along with another different one and both worked great. So, despite 1 key not working initially, I still ended up with the 4 keys needed...given the state of customer service these days, I give this experience a 5/5, easy.“

6800 Wayzata Blvd, Golden Valley“Throughout my experience of thinking could a machine actually know how to make a key and have me successfully pay, I was surprised. Pretty nifty invention/machine one thing though would be to offer simpler less expensive key choices and less attempts at wanting me to buy a more expensive one. Otherwise congratulations on a ‘cool machine’ that actually did make a key that worked.“
“Ray took his time to carefully explain how the ABS modulator works and it’s limitations as my modulator is programmed at the factory. Ray explained the issue is likely related to the speed sensor or the Tone ring. This information was useful as there is a defect in the manufacturing of the hub assembly tone ring requiring to change out to another hub assembly. This approach allowed the speed sensor to fully overlap the tone ring teeth rather than only 1/2 of the teeth. The ABS system now works.“
