Dr. Hook has the best bedside manner. She is so smart and is so kind and fun and just puts everyone at ease. She treats my daughter like she is the patient/decision maker and I have watched it help to build her confidence- it is so important to become an advocate of your own health and Dr. Hook has done that for Lauren. She also solved her medical condition! I would recommend her 100%. (I rarely write reviews- she is just someone I would want to know about if looking).

Culture feels bad from the minute you walk in; front desk staff are impatient and aloof. I had an Apt with Dr Hoffman; do not recommend. She did a once over, asked me the same questions as the form I was asked to fill out in the waiting room without even reviewing the form and then prescribed me an antibiotic for acne which did absolutely nothing. It feels a lot like they are just turning and burning patients without taking a comprehensive approach to patient care.

I did a lot of online research on dermatologists in the Eden Prairie area before making an appointment. There were mixed reviews on visits to the Dermatology Specialists offices, which is why I wanted to leave a review.My experience in the Eden Prairie office was flawless. I took my time when completing all the paperwork online. It seems like a lot, but this is my skin we’re talking about!
