My daughter accidentally knocked her green breakfast smoothie off of the table and all over our newer area rug. I called Chad, and he was over, and had the stain completely removed before she was home from school on the same day. Great customer service, and very reasonable pricing.
Chad cleaned a 1300ft area for the company I work for and the next morning the owner asked that he come back and finish our entire building, 15 yr old very dirty carpet. We were planning to replace the carpet but Chad was able to make it look great. A week later and it still looks great. Unbelievable customer service.
Chad just finished doing a wonderful job for one of my customers. He got them through another holiday season by removing the stains and refreshing the carpet. The customers were thrilled with the results!
