It has been nearly a year of me asking the company to come in and finish the job. A year ago I tried and tried to contact the company and finally was forced to show up in person just to talk to someone as they did not answer their phone or return messages for literal months. They apologized and promised to grade the soil and plant seed. Weeks later they did. It looked worse than before they started, and the grass seed never took. Weeks more of trying to get a hold of them I was told they would come back out before snow fell so come spring the seed would grow. 8 months later I haven't seen or heard from them and no seed was planted and no grading accomplished. I spoke with one of the managers two and a half weeks ago. He again reassured me they would be all over it. I asked for weekly updates as at this point I have no faith in their honesty or work ethic. That was the last I heard from them. No updates, no work, and still an unfinished project along with the worst customer service and least honest staff I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. To be fair some of the work that was completed, namely the aspects which you can see in the photo are indeed well executed and pleasing. However that does not compensate for the majority of the experience. I cannot possible stress enough my recommendation that you do not give this company your business.
