Our new house had zone heating that wasn't working. Technician Steve came out and figured out the issue and also took the time to adjust the furnace humidifier and went above and beyond by give me tips on how to operate our air exchanger. Best $200 I've spent in a long time.
Our experience with Wenzel was great. Our AC broke down at the worst time and they were fast and efficient getting our unit replaced and working. Huge thanks to their rep Dustin for a professional assessment and excellent customer service. We definitely would recommend Wenzel.
Kirk did an outstanding job on the annual service on my boiler. A new broiler system was discussed with venting, modification of existing pipes and upfront pricing. He was on time and its my 3rd time using Wenzel.Also easy to schedule, responsive follow-up and friendly service. Thanks Wenzel!
