Victorine was an absolute gem!! I contacted her in January of this year and she scheduled an appointment with me right away. My wedding is coming up this weekend, June 8th. She kept my dress safe at her home until I was ready for alterations to begin. She met with me on three weeks in a row to complete the alterations, hemming and steaming of the dress. She did a beautiful job. She was transparent, professional and so friendly. We took one of our groomsman's suit pants to her yesterday to have them hemmed by Thursday morning and she said no problem! Long story short, I had a lady shorten my wedding dress and add a bustle. I got it back and was in tears over how terribly it was done. Victorine was so kind, friendly, personable, and helpful. She took on a huge project of fixing what the first lady had done and shortened it correctly, added a beautiful bustle and took it in on the sides, THREE days before my wedding! It was so loose and baggy before going to Victorine and it now fits like a glove and is more comfortable than the day I bought it!!! She did a BEAUTIFUL job! Would definitely recommend Victorine!!
A friend recommended Victorine for alterations and I am glad she did. I had a fall coat that was too big altered by Victorine and I highly recommend her, she is very professional and knows how to do difficult alterations, I never would have attempted this myself. Thank you so much and ! will be back for future alterations.
