I have a formal dress that needed hemming. I called several other places and sight unseen, they could not have it done in time. The wedding I'm going to is tomorrow 6/26. I called Vic's just last Saturday 6/18. I should have called them first. I was told to bring it in and let them look. There are 2 layers to the skirt, and the back had a built in train. It needed to be hemmed several inches in front and even more in back. I went back in on Monday to get it pinned. I just picked it up and it's beautiful. I gave them a challenge to alter a fabric motorcycle touring jacket and couldn't have been happier with the quality of the result. Maybe luckily, I happened to deal with the Nice Lady, not the Rude Crabby Man.
