We have used Vanguard Services for 5+ years. In addition to their regular cleaning, we have had them clean windows, strip and polish floors and deep clean the bathrooms. All the work has been done professionally and in a timely manner. I appreciate their positive attitude when asking if they can do something extra/different. If something was miscommunicated on either end, they will take care of it. They strive to have happy customers.
Vanguard has been my preferred contract cleaner for more than a decade. Their services and prices are exceptional. There representatives are knowledgeable and honest.They have serviced one of my business complexes full-time for the last 4 years. I never received complaints and their staff is extremely receptive to changes in service.I could not praise Paul Rauch enough. He is hard working and always there when I need his assistance.
