I have to edit my review from 4 years ago because Tempworks has really stepped up in the last year. We work with Ashlee as an Account Manager along with Lisa as a payroll processer.. both make sure that their service goes above and beyond. Everyone is helpful, responsive and fast to get us answers. We have been working with Tempworks for 7 years and in the beginning they were missing direct deposits, posting payments to the wrong accounts all the time and sending our customers alarming letters (certified), which was really hurting our business. Not going to lie, it was a struggle to get on the right page with them and their "auto renewing" contract tries to lock you in because they have your data from using their software. Since some management changes and growth on their team over the last few years, I think the right people are finally in the right positions and the service has really improved. It's a great back office solution and they seem to have the best overall software program for Staffing services. I would recommend!
