1st off I'll give the staff 5 stars for sure!! Just don't depend on the app being accurate and being a walk in customer will probably not work either I've been a customer here for just over a year. Found this place and gave it a chance. My 1st experience here was with the manager who has now moved on in the company. I loved the haircut she gave me! I returned every time I was due for a haircut asking for the same stylist. A few times I had the assistant manager cut my hair she did a great job, but not always the same as the manager did. I've been happy to be a patron and it's not convenient location, (drive time) but that is fine for a good haircut. The 3 stars are for the following. Today I booked my "appointment" with the sports clip app. At 9:20 I used app and it said about 90 minutes. I drove over with lots of time to spare - the app said 28 minutes. I went in the store entered my phone number to check in sat down amd my time on the board said 1hour 37 minutes. My app showed 27 minutes. One stylist cutting hair and the assistant manager had just showed up the board of people in line showed 17 people I was number 4 with 1 hour and 47 minutes. Granted I had requested the assistant manager to cut my hair. This is The second time this has happened to me and is simply no longer convienent to go to this place with the scheduling issues they have. Too bad the staff is really great!!! And I'd like to continue getting my hair cut here. It's just not dependable I hope they can figure out how to deal with the customer load they have. I went to a competitor closer to my house got a fine haircut, used their app got my hair cut in the time the app said.
Got a haircut here a few days ago. The lady that cut my hair seemed nervous, didn’t line up my beard right and I had to point out other areas that needed to be fixed on my fade. Maybe she needs more training?
These barbers do the best job in the area.
Some shops I'm unable to get in with due to them being consistently booked (2) weeks out.
Others just plain don't do a good job with the cut.
The atmosphere here is friendly and the barbers will work with you to get you the kind of cut you want.
