Miles come to investigate why my zone damper was stuck closed. After I explained what was happening and center point had been out and discovered that my zone damper was stuck closed and they pushed it back open. Miles checked the system and made sure all was functioning as it should be. He then serviced my air conditioning unit and cleaned it. He was such a nice polite gentleman and he explained things so that I understood them. Thank you.
Couldn't wait for "Service Plus" (Centerpoint) but Sedgwick got right out here. Wayne was very helpful, hardworking, and efficient; got our AC going and set up a diagnostic going forward. Talked to my husband who was out of town to give him the full scoop. My long-haired dog and I were relieved to have our AC back during a wave of hot and humid weather.
