“I purchased a massage through Groupon here and was skeptical based on some of the reviews I read. I feel badly, as Elsa gave me one of the top three massages I have had in my life. I think Groupon, not Elsa should be getting the criticism.The night before my appointment, I went into my account to view my voucher and Groupon stated this business was permanently closed-which was completely inaccurate. In addition, the Groupon scheduling app has been doubling booking her appointments, which has been a continued frustration for her- as she has had to disappoint customers by rescheduling them.Thankfully I still showed up, because my massage with Elsa was really wonderful. I think most masseuses do really well with the upper body and lose stamina by the time they get to the lower body. The massage was really thorough and Elsa was intuitive about knowing what muscles needed attention. I came away feeling very relaxed.I have never booked a second appointment with a therapist I have tried through Groupon. I booked a second appointment before I left.I hope more people will give this business a chance, because Elsa is a hard working massage therapist trying to establish a legitimate business. If you book with Groupon, I'd text Elsa to confirm your appointment or just book directly through her. Her standard rates are very reasonable.I tried providing feedback on Groupon and it would not accept my review. Weird. Perhaps they only accept positive feedback about their company -or its a third technical glitch on their end.I look forward to another massage with Elsa and I hope Groupon gets things fixed on their end.“

“Had one of them moments when the back and bod was feeling it from the day and then shoveling. I was able to get in without notice, the staff was great on a later evening last min appointment. Rooms were clean and atmosphere was great. I did not catch the name of the therapist but did a fabulous job. Finding knots in the back and making sure I was comfortable but also made sure to get the knots out. Left feeling very loose and will be back!“
