Loved working with this company! They worked with our insurance company for months to get the claim resolved for us, while remaining professional. The communication with us was by far the best customer service I have ever had with a company!There were no surprises along the entire process, as well, the quality of work that was done on our roof is beyond our expectations. Thank you for all of your help and work on our roofing project, we could not be happier.

After hail and wind damage to our cedar shake roof from a storm, we were first denied coverage by our insurance company. Travis Monahan knew we had a good case for full replacement, so he was ABSOLUTELY PERSISTENT in following up with our insurance company -- Many times -- Even though the adjustor was very difficult to work with. Travis knew what he was doing and finally got our roof replacement approved after more than a year of back and forth with insurance.
